1. What Phantasy is

Phantasy ("the service") is a sports-market research product operated by Phantasy Picks. It publishes model projections, market comparisons, research, and a graded record. The service is not a sportsbook or gambling operator: it accepts no wagers, holds no wagering funds, and pays no winnings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to use a service of this kind in your jurisdiction. Accessing the research workspace requires attesting to this after account verification. The service is void where prohibited.

3. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or betting advice, and nothing in it guarantees any outcome. Published figures describe the past; past performance does not predict future results. Any decision to place a bet anywhere, of any size, is yours alone, and you bear all of its consequences. You agree not to bet money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: one person, not a group, a channel, or a redistribution service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or redistribute its data, or misrepresent eligibility.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pro and Sharp are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. The first charge is due when you complete Checkout; there is no paid free trial. The price, billing interval, currency, applicable tax, and total due are shown before you subscribe. Listed prices are in U.S. dollars. Each subscription renews monthly until canceled, with no minimum term or cancellation fee.

You can cancel online from Account → Manage billing. Stripe shows the effective date before you confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals after that date; it does not automatically refund a completed charge. If you believe a charge was duplicated or made in error, contact support. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Prices may change only with notice before a future renewal.

6. The data and its limits

The service aggregates data from third-party providers and computes over it. Prices move, feeds lag, and providers err; the service surfaces staleness rather than hiding it, but you should treat every figure as informational. The service's content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The service's software, design, and published analysis belong to the operator. A subscription grants personal, non-transferable access — not a license to republish, resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service's data or analysis. Automated access other than through interfaces we provide is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any betting or financial losses of any kind, arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes your personal data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. A new document version applies prospectively, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. A new paid Checkout records the exact version presented for acceptance.
