Responsible gambling
Phantasy is an informational product about betting markets. It takes no wagers and guarantees nothing. If you choose to bet, bet only what you can comfortably afford to lose, only where it is legal for you, and only at 21 or older. An edge, when one exists, is small; variance is not.
If it stops being entertainment
Chasing losses, betting money earmarked for something else, hiding the size of your bets, or feeling unable to stop are each reason enough to talk to someone today. These services are free, confidential, and available around the clock:
- 1-800-MY-RESET — the National Problem Gambling Helpline, by phone, 24/7/365
- Text 1-800-MY-RESET — the same helpline by text, if talking is harder than typing
- Chat at ncpgambling.org (opens in a new tab) — live chat with the same service, in a browser
- 1-800-522-4700 — NCPG's former helpline number, still active
- gamblersanonymous.org (opens in a new tab) — meetings in every state, in person and online
- gam-anon.org (opens in a new tab) — support for spouses, family and friends
Helpline details last checked 2026-08-11 against the National Council on Problem Gambling’s own pages. NCPG adopted 1-800-MY-RESET as the National Problem Gambling Helpline number on 2026-01-29; 1-800-522-4700 remains active alongside it. 1-800-GAMBLER is a separate service, operated by the Council on Compulsive Gambling of New Jersey.
Practical tools
- Every regulated sportsbook offers deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion in its settings. They work best set before they are needed.
- Most states run self-exclusion registries that cover every licensed operator at once; the NCPG site links each state's program.
- If you want Phantasy itself out of reach, start account deletion from Account. Phantasy first verifies that billing is closed and every session is secured; if either check fails, it stops safely and tells you what to do.
No number this product publishes is a reason to bet outside your means. The ledger exists to make claims checkable, and this page exists because that is not the only thing that matters.
